We had a great Pocahontas Elementary Art Show today. Thank you to everyone that was able to attend. A big thank you, goes out to all the students, Cara Beller and Jacob Pipkin for making it happen.
Congratulations to third grade for wrapping up their first Act Aspire testing. We want to give a huge thanks to the students, parents and teachers for making this highly productive. Pictured below are the big winners for the week.

Pocahontas Elementary School has been extremely blessed during Teacher Appreciation Week. Lunches have been provided this week by the Gugle family, Pocahontas First Baptist Church, Maxie & Casey families and by Farmers and Merchants Bank. We want to send a huge Thank You to these wonderful people.

Pocahontas Elementary - Afterschool tutoring is cancelled - 4/13/22.
Due to the possibility of several weather this afternoon, PES is cancelling afterschool tutoring for today. Please adjust your child's transportation plans as needed.

There will be NO after-school tutoring tomorrow (4/12) at PES.
Reminder that there is NO after school tutoring today (3/17) due to Parent Teacher Conferences.
Parent/Teacher Conferences are tonight!!! Be sure to make your appointment if you still need one. Parents are asked to enter the building at the end of their student's grade level hall. (Parents are allowed to park in the bus area tonight.) Be sure to check the lost and found items while you are here!
There will be NO after-school tutoring @ Pocahontas Elementary this week. New spring tutoring students are currently being identified. Parents will be notified if your child qualifies. New spring tutoring calendars will be sent out at that time.
Lifetouch Spring Picture Day @ Pocahontas Elementary has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 15th.
