Reminder to Parents: Valentine's Day is this Friday. Helium stringed balloons and glass vases are not allowed on district school buses. If your child receives balloons on strings or glass vases, they will not be allowed to take them home via bus. Please make arrangements to avoid this conflict.

The Eddie Mae Herron Center hosted second grade this week and discussed African American inventors. They learned that Alfred L. Cralle invented the ice cream scoop in 1897.
March 2nd is Dr. Seuss' Birthday and it is recognized as National Read Across America Day.
We will be dedicating that entire week to Dr. Seuss.

Attention First Grade Parents!!! First grade will have lunch at 10:45 on Monday, Dec. 16th. They will be taking Kindergarten's lunch time since they won't be back from their field trip.
Second Grade Parent!!! Second grade will be traveling to M.D. Williams on Monday, Dec. 16th to practice for their musical and to visit with third grade classrooms. They will be having lunch at 11:30 that day.
Kindergarten Parents!! Reminding everyone that Kindergarten will be traveling to Paragould on Monday, Dec. 16 to watch Frozen 2. We will be back on campus for lunch by 12:05
Attention Parents: First Grade students will be traveling to the Sutton Baptist Church on Tuesday, December 17th. They have been invited to attend a visit with “The Grinch”. Students will be shuttled to and from the activity that morning but will be on campus for lunch.
